30-Day Returns Policy

Don't love your item? Send it back but all we ask is you contact us first quoting your order number to info@ambientco.co.uk. We will send you the correct address for the return. Kindly be aware that this policy does not extend to bespoke, made-to-order, or customised items, as they are deemed non-returnable.

Return Eligibility:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Products should be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
3. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
4. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns 
5. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase
6. Please notify us of any goods damaged in transit within 48 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution. Failure to do so may hinder our ability to assist you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your protection.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

• Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping charges.
• Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product and inspect it for eligibility.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-14 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or send a replacement.
